Or someone who enjoys Louis XIII and has a very generous person gift a bottle to him, as is the case with this bottle. I've had very rare vintage cognacs from the 1800's onward that were amazing. But Louis XIII is the best "current production" cognac, IMO. Btw: it's eaux de vies age from 40 to 100 years old.
